Meditation to Make yourself like anything or anyone

 Find a quiet place and sit (on a chair or on the floor) comfortably. Keep your back straight and place your palms on you  laps. Close your eyes and begin to take in deep breaths. Inhale through the nose to the count of 4, hold the air in your lungs for 2 counts, and exhale through the mouth for 6 counts. Do this 3x, all the while focusing on your third eye(the space between your eyes). Visualize (bring to minds eye ) something or someone you seem to dislike, take note of its position, and call that ‘position A ‘ pause , clear your mind and think of something else ,like the sky. Again, Visualize something else or someone else that you already like , call this ‘position B’. Now bring to your minds eye the thing or person (the first picture) you don’t like then, move the picture in your mind from that position,’ to ‘position B'(this is the position of the thing or person you already like)basically , when you locate this point for one person or thing, you will realize that every ...

How To Meditate Properly

First off you need to find a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted throughout your meditation. There are basically three methods of meditation;(i) Sitting (you could sit on the floor or on a chair) (ii) Lying  and  (iii) Walking (A)Sitting Meditation: When doing the sitting meditation ensure that you sit with your spine straight and your palms(facing up or down) on you laps .(In Kabbalistic Meditation palms facing up is preferred) (B)Lying Meditation: Lying meditation simply involves lying on your back, with your hands beside your thighs (C) Walking Meditation: Walking Meditation is all about being aware of our body and physical sensations as you move. your eyes are open and your mind and body are focused on the NOW.
